There are no words to say...........................

Poor kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Year End in Review!!!!!!!!

Whew!!!! Has it really been a month? Did you think we all vanished off the face of the earth? No such luck.................................

What a busy December and beginning of the New Year we have had. We finished off school in 2007 with everyone having their Christmas parties. Aslynn is pictured in her pj's for her party, Ava got to limbo at hers, Daniel was starting to get sick at his party (pinkeye, that eventually turned to bronchitis), and Derek singing karaoke with the 6th grade. We also made a quick trip to Six Flags Over Texas, as Derek's honor choir, along with a neighboring school's honor choir, sang Christmas music on stage in front of the carousel at the "Holiday in the Park" celebration.

All this and mom was busy preparing for our two week vacation in Ohio to see family for Christmas!!!!! We had a blast, but I have to admit, it was a little stressful trying to get everything organized to have Christmas in a state across the country from home. Gifts had to be planned well and sent ahead of time, etc. But, it all worked out GREAT! We flew into Columbus, which saved us about 4 days out of our vacation. Money well spent this time. We split our time staying at both sets of grandparent's houses. We enjoyed our time with all of our family. They put up with our whole gang for two weeks, so I am sure they were anxious to get their quiet, normal schedules back. As you can see, the kids did well acquiring plenty of gifts this year. Daniel, unfortunately, was sick for the first half of our visit. He started out having pinkeye the day before we left for Ohio. The pediatrician called in drops for it and graciously had them for me at the pharmacy in Cedarville. As the days progressed, Daniel quickly went downhill and had to take a trip into Urgent Care. He was diagnosed with mild bronchitis, and after being on the antibiotic for five days, he turned the corner. Bummer way to start his vacation, but he still has fond memories. Enjoy the hodge-podge of pictures.
