Derek turns 11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where do those years go???????????? On Sunday (June 11), we celebrated 11 years for Derek! We had a nice family birthday party. Unfortunately, our cookout became a cook-in (or, at least we ate in) as the weather was rainy, but we had a good time anyway! I am starting to think we are getting old to have an "almost teenager" in the house!

We are adjusting to all of us being home during summer vacation. Mom sure likes it when the weather is nice, so we get to play outdoors! We are counting down to our vacation to Florida and Texas. The kids can't wait to swim to their hearts content (and see their relatives). The girls are especially excited to go to see Cinderella's Castle! This promise is being kept, as Aslynn delivered on her end of the bargain (potty-trained= Disney)! Mommy is just beyond thrilled that she finally decided it was time!

We all were glad to see Papaw Rohm come home safely from the Amazon! We are just starting to hear all of his exciting stories of life out in the wild!
