Potpourri........................

Sorry the pictures are kind of random, but I wanted to throw some on here quick before I hit the one month mark. Posting more than once a month gets me off the hook!!! Right? :)Anyway, we had a super Memorial Day weekend at Uncle Phil's lake house in East Texas. It was rainy at times, but as you can tell from the pictures, that did NOT stop the kids from enjoying themselves. The boys played in the rain, the mud, and the lake. The kids enjoyed riding the jet skis and taking the boat out for a whirl.

The kids all finished school by the end of May with flying colors. Both boys received MANY end of the year awards. They were sad to say goodbye to some friends and teachers, as they will be attending one of the BRAND NEW schools in Rockwall next year, but hopefully they will meet many kids they will attend with in the neighborhood this summer at the pool. We have enjoyed time at the neighborhood pool already. We definitely will need it this summer! How hot the sun does feel here! And this is only the beginning!
